If you own an Amazon firestick or Fire TV you will have one of the most unique remotes out of all the IPTV-type devices on the market.
Make sure you are getting the most from your firestick or Amazon device by joining the best IPTV provider worldwide and enjoying all Live TV channels and sports including Movies and TV Shows.
But there will be times when you may need to open the firestick remote up so we are going to quickly cover how to in this article.
Opening The Firestick Remote
1. Turn Over The Firestick
You may need to replace the batteries in your firestick so you first must make sure your thumb is not placed on the sides of the remote as this will stop the back cover from sliding off.
The firestick remote is uniquely made in a cylinder-type shape and the while back cover is over takes the back of the firestick remote.
2. Hold The Firestick Remote Vertical
You will need to position the firestick remote vertically so you can push the back cover with more pressure to make it easier to slide the back cover off.
3. Make Sure The Firestick Back Section Is Facing Toward You
With the remote held out vertical, you will want the back of the firestick facing you which is the side without the buttons on.
This will make the whole sliding action smooth with the back of the remote facing you.
4. Place Your Thumb On The Notch
You will now see a notch on the back of the firestick remote that your thumb can sit in.
5. Put All Fingers On the Other Side Of The Firestick
Now make sure you are gripping the firestick with all your fingers on the back side of the remote which happens to be the side with all the buttons on.
Now keep your thumb on the indented notch
6. Finally Slide The Firestick Remote Cover Down
Now pull your thumb down which will slide down the firesticks battery cover nice and easily.
You will not need much pressure when removing the battery case as it has been made to slide down and up smoothly.
