We rigorously investigate all properly formatted and legally sufficient notices. In alignment with our strict internal policies, accounts of users who are conclusively determined by Strong IPTV to be “repeat infringers” of copyrighted material will be terminated promptly and without further notice.

Section 1: Requirements for Formal Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

To initiate a formal DMCA takedown request, the copyright owner or their duly authorized agent must provide a written communication containing the following elements, meticulously adhering to all statutory requirements of 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3). Failure to provide any of the following information precisely as specified will render your notice invalid, and Strong IPTV will not be obligated to take action upon it.

Claimant Information & Authorization:

1. Legal Name of Copyright Owner: The full legal name of the entity or individual holding the exclusive copyright(s) to the work(s) alleged to be infringed.
2. Physical or Electronic Signature: A bona fide physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. This signature must explicitly affirm authorization.
3. Proof of Authorization (For Agents): If the notification is submitted by an agent, certified documentary evidence demonstrating the agent’s explicit, current, and unambiguous legal authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner must be appended to the notice. This may include, but is not limited to, a signed power of attorney, corporate resolution, or a specific notarized letter of agency. Generic “right to act” statements without supporting documentation will be deemed insufficient.
4. Full Contact Information of Complaining Party: Comprehensive contact details for the complaining party, including:
   • Full Legal Name (of individual or authorized agent)
   • Complete Physical Mailing Address (Street, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, Country)
   • Primary Telephone Number (including country and area codes)
   • Valid Electronic Mail Address (must be actively monitored for official correspondence)
   • Any relevant corporate registration numbers or professional affiliations for verification purposes.

Identification of Copyrighted Work(s):

5. Specific Identification of Infringed Work(s): Precise identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed. This requires:
   • For Registered Works: The full copyright registration number(s) (e.g., from the U.S. Copyright Office) for each specific work.
   • For Unregistered Works: A detailed description of each work, including title, author(s), creation date, and specific elements claimed to be original and copyrighted. Supporting documentation proving original ownership (e.g., notarized affidavits of creation, prior public distribution dates, or contracts of commission) may be requested.
   • If multiple copyrighted works on Strong IPTV are covered by a single notification, a representative and itemized list of each such work, including its unique identifier and relevant registration number(s), at strongiptv.store.

Identification of Allegedly Infringing Material:

6. Precise Location of Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. This requires absolute precision. Providing direct, active, and complete Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) for each specific piece of alleged infringing content is mandatory. General references, broad search terms, or links to main directories will be deemed insufficient. For example:
   • Acceptable: https://www.strongiptv.co.uk/channel/infringing_channel_XYZ
   • Acceptable: https://www.strongiptv.co.uk/vod/infringing_movie_ABC
   • Unacceptable: https://www.strongiptv.co.uk/ lub https://www.strongiptv.co.uk/channels/ or “all movies from this studio.”
   • Providing timestamps for infringing content within longer streams is highly recommended where applicable.

Statements of Good Faith & Accuracy:

7. Good Faith Belief Statement: A solemn statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
8. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A declaration that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Section 2: Counter-Notification Procedures

If you are a Strong IPTV subscriber and believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may submit a counter-notification. This counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following elements, precisely adhering to 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3). Failure to meet these exact requirements will invalidate your counter-notification.

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
2. Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the precise URL (location) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address provided in their counter-notification is located, or if the subscriber’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Strong IPTV may be found. This statement must also affirm that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Subscriber Contact Information: The subscriber’s full name, physical mailing address, and telephone number (including country and area codes).

Section 3: Designated Copyright Agent & Submission Protocol

Strong IPTV’s Designated Copyright Agent for the sole purpose of receiving formal DMCA notifications and counter-notifications of claimed infringement, submitted in strict accordance with the requirements outlined above, can be reached using the form below.

Crucial Submission Protocol:

• All formal DMCA notices and counter-notifications MUST be submitted electronically via the through the designated DMCA Request Form below. Physical mail or fax submissions will not be processed.
• The email subject line MUST begin with “DMCA Notice – Strong IPTV” (for infringement) or “DMCA Counter-Notification – Strong IPTV” (for counter-notices) to ensure proper routing and timely review. Notices without this specific subject line may be filtered or delayed indefinitely.
• For all other inquiries, feedback, technical support requests, or general communications unrelated to formal DMCA procedures, please utilize our dedicated Strong IPTV Contact Center. Communications regarding non-DMCA matters sent to the Designated Copyright Agent’s email will not receive a response and will be discarded.

Legal Consequences of False Claims:

Be advised that under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner’s authorized licensee, or by the service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation. Strong IPTV reserves the right to seek such damages to the fullest extent permitted by law against any party making fraudulent or abusive claims.
